Sybel has been a full time REALTOR since 1978, a resident of the Richmond area since 1959 and has consistently ranked in the top 20% of Realtors in the Richmond Association Of Realtors, earning the Association's Distinguished Acheivers Award. She has also earned membership in Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society for performance in the top 16% of Coldwell Banker Agents across the country. She has taken advantage of the educational opportunities in real estate by earning her Certified Sales Associate Designation (for REALTORS in new home sales), Certified Buyers Agent, advancing her knowledge of representation for home buyers and is also a Certified Site Agent with the Home Builders Association. As real estate entered the world of the internet, she added computer skills to her goals. That practice continues today as real estate becomes more on line and internet based. Sybel is the mother of five grown children and thirteen grandchildren. Her family lived in the West End of Henrico for 19 years. Her children attended both public and private schools, while she was active in civic,theater, church and school organizations. Sybel and her husband, Glenn moved to Hanover County in 1978 where her youngest children completed their high school education and Sybel began her real estate career. Family has always been her first priority and her greatest achievement. She believes this has been a key factor in a successful real estate career.
