The 36-acre neighborhood boasts American Foursquare, Colonial Revival, Craftsman and Ranch with the dominant styles being American Foursquare and Craftsman. It is sometimes difficult to distinguish these two styles from each other because there are many shared architectural characteristics. However, regardless of style, the homes that rhythmically grace the streets of Ginter Park Terrace are a remarkably intact microcosm of an early 20th century suburb of Richmond.
